A customer in Austin recently purchased an old house that had seen much better days, and it quickly became evident that replacing all of the exterior siding was absolutely necessary. This was due to the severe deterioration and visible rot affecting the exterior walls, which posed not only an aesthetic issue but also potential structural concerns. The homeowner knew that addressing these problems was crucial to restoring the house’s charm and ensuring its longevity.
Challenger
The primary goal of the project was to completely demolish all existing exterior siding, ensuring that the structure was adequately prepared for the upcoming transformation. This included the careful installation of new windows and door frames to enhance both aesthetics and functionality. Following these crucial steps, we aimed to rebuild all exterior walls with high-quality hardy board siding, which is known for its durability and weather resistance, to ensure a long-lasting and visually appealing finish.
Result
After applying the external painting, apparency was like a new house.
