Old Apartment Remodeling
Project details
This customer acquired an old apartment and wanted to remodel it.
The project included the bathroom, kitchen, floor demolition. Then, rebuild everything allowing to become in a modern and luxury apartment.
Challenge
The main remodeling was:
- Rebuilding the kitchen with new cabinet units and appliances
- Rebuilding the bathroom built in ceramic tiles
- Installing a new laminate floor
- Replacing all fixtures for new LED lights
- Paint.
Result
After the remodeling the apartment acquired double of its original value.
